Pascal Doury "Patate 2"

The long time anticipated "Patate 2" book by
Pascal Doury has been released (by Al Dante?).....
but has been pulled from the shops :(
Don't know why yet (any info welcomed) but
suppose it's a copyright problem..
Would be nice to get my hands on a copy of this!
